A Wetherspoons wannabe. A large pub that did serve a couple of real ales on my visit. Its not bad but not for me.

The Litten Tree (Not factually the name of a tree) was a former Town & City chain of pubs but this chain merged with www.stonegatepubs.com/ of which this now gives over 620 nationwide and of which 12 of them are in Blackpool. The Litten sells a good choice of bottled beers from around the world such as Budweiser Budvar, Brewdog Punk IPA & Estrella Damm to name a few for the price of 2 for £6.50. There are plenty of other drinks on offer but on the negative side they are only available Sun to Thurs. There are also plenty of meal offers, such as 2 meals for £7.95. The pub also does Sky sports. Cold november night when we went in there was very few in it was the day after the lights had finished young lad from behind the bar putting Christmas decks up they won't see Christmas been here in the summer and sat outside its worth a visit if you're in the area but not to go specially too it

Although there is a low range of ales in this pub chain, when we went they only had Boddingtons on offer, I would recommend it for the food, similar in pricing and menu variety to the Wetherspoons range, the Litten Tree belongs to a chain called Town and City pubs, I was pleased with their veggie kiev,there was a range of burgers and the usual fish and chips, typical pub fayre at reasonable prices
