We have been there for the Kareoke on a Friday however Saturday "The Godfather of DJs" holds court. Everything from Sinatra to Lady Gaga is played and best of all its the customer's request.
This experienced and entertaining DJ interacted with the crowd and promised that if someon requested a song he did not have he would play it the following week....and he did. Beeb there a few times now and never disapointed with the music and the cost of the drinks.
DJ Mike McDowell from Jarrow is the best kept secret in the North East. The regulars have their songs played and he is the inventor of "JARRAOKE". Kareoke without words where the crowd can sing along to the song. Its all about the music and entertaiment. Iwill be back next week.
