This appears to be the best pub in town. Although, we didn't try the Wheatsheaf. It's just outside of the town centre and stocks a good range of ales and ciders, albeit more limited during the current pandemic.

There is a single room, with a small yard at the rear. A public car park (free for 2 hours) is just beyond. The interior is traditional. But it lacked atmosphere, with only one other group inside on our Saturday lunchtime visit.

As a Castle Rock pub, Harvest Ale is the regular ale. Their Screech Owl was also on. The 2 guests were Bass & Pentrich Postcode Envy, whilst the ciders were Gwynt y Ddraig Black Dragon & Lilley's Mango Cider. I did enquire about the CAMRA discount. But they have stopped offering this for the foreseeable future.

The best pub in Bingham. Although understandable, it's a shame that the ale and cider range was a little limited.

What a find this Castle Rock pub is in Bingham. 10 ales and a good variety from micro breweries as well as their own ales. Hard choice to make as we were on a coach trip and I only had time for a quick one, but the Nomadic Uncivilised went down very well. The pub is a single room and th ceiling beams are adorned with pump clips. It was a friendly market town pub and well worth a visit.

A comfortable traditional pub serving good food and beer. Six ales on handpump on our visit, London Pride, Theakston XB, Blue Monkey PG Sips, Falstaff 3 Faze, Caladonian Coffee Porter and Deuchers IPA. Enjoyed the Falstaff and Theakston XB, friendly staff.

The Horse and Plough is a newish pub in an old building that was opened about four years ago.
Inside it seems like this pub has been open for years there are stone floors and different drinking areas i think there were about 7 or 8 pumps on the bar with a few nationals London Pride, Adnams Bitter but there was also about four micro brewery beers on from Oldershaws and brewerys further afield the drink we tried recently was very drinkable and i would be very happy to stay here all night.

Great pub for real ale. Usually 3 regulars and 3 guest ales. No fruit machines, jukebox or telly. Just friendly staff and locals and superb beer.

There is also the Grill Room which provides excellent food.

No hesitation in recommending this pub.
