Walkabout is a very large pub that opened quite a few years ago.
Once inside there is one very large room that has got high ceilings,the bar is on the right side and this runs to the back of the pub,there are tall tables and chairs close to the bar and there is a slight raised area to the left this area had normal tables and chairs and leather bench seating along the wall,the rear of the pub had one of the largest TV screens i have ever seen which was showing cricket,there was what looked like old oil drums being used as tables in this area.
There were no real ales on the bar and the keg option was John Smiths extra cold smooth crap so i had a Guinness which was a decent enough drink.
There were only about another six customers in on my mid Tuesday afternoon visit.
This is a drinking barn and i wont ever have a drink in here again.
