Plenty of money thrown at this place in recent years, and as you can imagine, it's all about dining and accommodation. An L-shaped bar has some limited seating around it, and offered a two-ale line-up of Sharp's Doom Bar and Vale Red Kite. The latter, £4 a pint, came out hazy and was willingly exchanged, although the glass was mega-cold. My replacement Doom Bar was similarly Arctic. A nod for a locAle on tap, but a word needed on cellarmanship.
