Komakino . left this review about The Crown Inn

A rare freehouse in this area (although Brakspear Bitter did accompany Rebellion IPA as one of the two real ales). Very cosy inside with faux whitewashed walls painted red, wooden beams and a mix of flagstone and carpeted floor. You enter into a small room adorned with various beer and whisky mirrored adverts - a large bar area is located through ahead to the left where the bar is all wooden and various wooden tables and a wooden banquette up against the left-hand side.A bespoke dining area is located around to the right, behind the bar. There's a generous patio area reached opposite the bar and pump clips above the bar showed that they get their fair share of guests in - and that I appear to have lucked out on my visit...
