Much larger and also much smarter inside than you would think from the outside. There's a restaurant area towards the rear. I believe the pub is run by Lords Caterers in Whitworth, so the food should be decent. To the right is a raised area with a dartboard and jukebox, plus a karaoke rig. There are several TVs, but they were all turned off during my Friday, late afternoon visit. Unusually there's a bowling green to the rear. Smartly decorated throughout and a pleasant clientele. Four handpumps on the bar with two on from Reedley Hallows and Bowland breweries. My pint of the Bowland was in very good nick. They have live music roughly once a month according to a poster on the wall. This place was much better than I expected and I'd happily return.
