Alan Winfield left this review about Crucible Corner

The Cricible Corner is a modern upmarket bar set in a modern building.
Once inside the room was on two levels, the upper level had normal tables and chairs, the lower level had the bar facing, there was a seperate dining area to the right with tables laid out.
There were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Abbeydale Surreal Ale which was a decent drink but a bit pricey, the other beers were Abbeydale Stinga and Kelham Mistress Flam.
The bar was packed on my Saturday evening visit with upmarket drinkers, not sure what they thought about me turning up after already being in 20 other pubs.
This is a pleasant enough bar,but not really my type of place to drink in.
