Woking town centre is pretty boring for pubs. o'Neills is acceptable, but not a great place for Real Ale. Only serving Greene King IPA and London Pride. A sports themed pub.

Typical of the breed, 3 pulls Greene King IPA, Fullers London Pride, and Rosie Pig Cider, an average drop of the usual suspects here plus all the favourite keg stuff. When quiet this one probably has more of interest going on. The staircase for example or the fenestration perhaps, there's some history in the building but its present use isn't sympathic.

Fairly typical O'Neill's in centre of town so at least you know what you are going to get. Is not unpleasant at quieter times. Real ales confined to GK IPA and London Pride, which were reasonably drinkable (Cask Marque listed).

Despite not getting many reviews this bar continues to offer the best quality atmosphere on a Woking night out.

I visited O'Neill's late on a Friday evening 3 or 4 weeks ago and enjoyed my visit. The drinks selection was admittedly fairly bland, however I enjoyed my pint of Stella and the atmosphere was good with cover music played late into the night. This is the best place to get a drink in Woking late on a Friday or Saturday night.

This large L-shaped O’Neills has the same décor and Irish quotes written on the walls as every other one of these plastic pubs found around the country. There is a standard draught selection and Guinness aplenty, which was in a reasonable condition. The drinks and food are very reasonably priced and I actually found the barman that served me to be friendly and polite. I didn’t spot any Sky Sports advertisements, but there is a projector screen and the Six Nations was being plugged around the pub. The toilets are located up a large staircase and there is some seating to the side of the pub for smokers mainly.

I prefer a pub with some real character so I cannot envisage a return visit.

Reasonable O'Neill's pub, Guinness is obviously the main choice of beer! There tends to be rock cover bands on Friday or Saturday.
