Fairly standard Beefeater with friendly service. We weren't as lucky as the previous reviewer with only Doom Bar available, which was OK. Nothing really to entice me back unless I was staying in the Premier Inn.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Beefeater Moseley Park

If you are aware that this is a Beefeater attached to a Premier Inn before making a visit, you will know exactly what to expect in the various seating / dining areas with their anonymous semi-modern furniture and decor. However, it is rescued (slightly) by not only having Doom Bar on handpump but also Proper Job (£3.90).

A large Table Table gastropub next to the Premier Inn that is of the same design. In half undressed brick and half white, with columns so plain the Dorians would think them dull, this building just about beats a 1960s estate pub for aesthetics. There is a patio and arty sculpture outside

The interior here is a large single open-plan room that is so immense, i sort of gave up look around - it doesn't need a spirit of adventure just endurance. It is of course a generic interior for places such as this - reds, greens, white, , yellow, fake undressed stone and brick and wood panel. Food tables sit by high stools and sofas; arty pictures compliment the vases, sculpture and chopped wood. Luckily for me, the TV was showing some football, which i clung to for some interest, as the music, despite being at an ok level, was charty. The service was fine, though the guy was being rushed off his feet. The clientele i assume were form the hotel (the locals go the pub up the road) and diners - i of course, didn't eat.

Beer; tap stuff with a decent enough Banks's Bitter, the Spitfire wasn't on

If you build generic places, people will get bored. I am bored of them - does it tell. This pub is tidy and clean, but it has no soul.

A Brewers Fare establishment adjacent to Wolverhampton North Premier Inn.
This spacious pub and restaurant offers Banks Bitter and Marstons Pedigree on hand pull.
