Long-standing and reputed music venue, which incorporates bars, a restaurant and accommodation. The 'public' bar is Woody's Bar in the centre, which is a small and fairly basic bar with Banks's keg. The main hall with the stage has Noddy's Bar, which is larger and has keg mild also but is only open for performances. Great value and some excellent music can be enjoyed, but you are very unlikely to be going there for the beer.

A hotel, night club, music venue and bar (Woody's Bar) operated by Banks's and spread over a few buildings.

Seen a few bands here over the last few years. Always met with happy staff.

As a music venue it is fine, you can get served while listening to the music and often quickly.

Beer is the usual stuff, but it does have Banks's MILD smooth as well, which has always been decent enough.

I wouldnt really visit it just for a pint, but i havent been to many better places to combine music and beer, really you would have a few pints at the Old White Rose or the Trumpet first then go to Robin 2
