Decent Spoons between the train station and the town. Usual trio plus Lee's Gold and Peerless IPA when I popped in. Not a bad pub.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Kings Fee (JD Wetherspoon)

Looks like a converted cinema, with a raised area at the back and a patio garden beyond that. Six real ales available from the two banks of five handpumps: three local / regional beers - Swan Gold, Wood's Beauty and Brecon Copper Beacons plus the usual trio of Ruddles, Doom Bar and Abbot.

According to What Pub this is an award winning supermarket conversion which really surprised me as I thought it looked more like an old cinema. It opened just before Xmas 2002. Inside it's a high ceilinged room with all the usual Spoons furnishings, a paved outside area and an upstairs area that I didn't visit.
The bar has three sets of five hand pumps one of which had five interesting looking ciders that I would have loved to investigate. The rest had the two GK beers doubled up, London Pride, Woods Chestnut Mild & Shropshire Lad, Hook Norton San Diego Pale, Bespoke Leading Light and Brecon Red Beacon. I went for the International San Diego and the Brecon Red Beacon. These were £2.25 but discounted to £2.05 for Cheapskate Monday and were in excellent condition.
This is GBG 2015 listed and on the strength of my visit justifiably so, definitely one of the better Spoons.

This Spoons won Herefordshire Camra Cider Pub of the Year. They offer cider from five of the county's cider makers, in addition to their regular Weston's ciders. This large Spoons is well run and getting served at the bar is quick. Another main feature to this pub is the open gantry walkway, accessible up the flight of stairs on the left. I went for the Black Dragon cider, also there was a good choice of ales.

Good wheelchair access from the street but you become invisible to drinkers as soon as you enter. A long bar with seating on three levels but the disabled toilet easily found at the back of the ground level ( if you can make yourself visible to the drinkers).
All the usual things you expect of JDWs. The beers OK, the food variable but the service is not to bad at all, even on a busy Monday evening. Its a popular place.

Popped in here as the first pub of the day on a Saturday afternoon before heading over to the Barrels and Victory. I have to admit I was quite impressed by the place, it's a cut above the average Spoons in terms of décor and ambience. Very light, airy and pretty clean, we took advantage by sitting in the raised area at the back of the pub. The beer range was above average (three guests) and was served to an excellent standard. The food we ordered also arrived in good time and tasted good. The staff service level was fine though obviously it wasn't as busy as it would be six hours further down the line, I suppose.

All in all, I was quite happy there and will go back next time I'm up that way en route to the Barrels.
