This is an old school shop conversion. It's roughly square inside with the bar counter at the front right. Fixtures and fittings are typical of an older Spoons and there are some booths on the left. It was doing a good trade on my Wednesday early evening visit.
There are two sets of four hand pumps which had one unused, the two GK beers, Robinsons Dizzy Blond, Peerless Tectonic, Coach House Post Horn, Jennings Bitter and Big Bog Swampy. I went for the Tectonic which I think was £2.09 but came as the "free" drink with the Chicken Club.
Despite being old school I liked this one.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Raven (JD Wetherspoon)
Thoroughly undistinguished 'spoons, housed in a converted shop in an equally dull arcade, but completely packed early on a Friday evening. Nothing to note inside, except the bar staff who were working very efficiently (albeit with no trace of a smile...). Seven of eight handpumps in use, with two from Peerless - Red Rocks (£2.09) and Gold - amongst the offerings.
