Komakino . left this review about The Watermead Inn

Located on the Pleasantville-style Watermead estate by Aylesbury United's former Buckingham Road ground, this has an enviable position overlooking the lake and the décor and façade are all rather boathouse chic. Heaving with a mixture of drinkers and diners on a Sunday afternoon this is a real ale-less establishment, with four keg taps offering Blue Moon, Punk IPA (£5.95 a pint!), Meantime London Pale Ale and East Coast IPA. Location-wise, fantastic on a nice summer's day, but the interior is pretty soulless and this isn't worth the bother unless you're keen to keep your ticks up.
