A mock-Tudor white and wood frame pub and music venue, on a brick foundation.
The interior has two rooms - though i guess technically it is open plan. The decor is red, wood panel and undressed brick, with white ceiling and stone floor, apart from the bogs, which look like a swimming baths with that tesserae look. The service was very friendly, with the gaffer having a good chat to us, sadly, there wasn't really anyone else in. There is a music area and a large screen TV in the side area and the background music was rock based - as were the posters on the wall for decoration. There is a dart board.
Beer; tap stuff with M&B MILD on keg, with 2 handpulls; one had just gone, the other was a decent Tunnel Brewery's Nelson's Column
I found the place fine and the beer good - clearly a rock pub, they have regular bands. Worth a visit.
