Pub attached to a Premier Inn, so you know what you're going to get. One large room with some partitions totally filled with dining tables & chairs. It was very busy with diners on my Friday evening visit with hardly a spare table anywhere. What sets this pub apart from all the other similar, soulless barns just like it is the fact that it has two handpumps serving changing beers from the Marston's extended stable. My pint was in good condition but rather cold and it improved as it warmed up. I'm not a big fan of this type of place, it's really aimed at people who don't like pubs, but this one is a bit above the average for the genre. I'd probably call in again when in Milnrow.

Called in one Tuesday lunchtime, and noticed it was quite full of diners (I think an offer was on,2 meals for a tenner)Very smart inside with friendly barstaff.Tried a pint of the Wychwood breweries Hobgobblin (4.5 abv) which was just ok but found the £2-80 a bit steep, possibly because of the Premier Inn which has latched on to the back of the building.
