Old Boots left this review about The Station

Double fronted pub with a small snug to the right, pool and darts to left, the counter is ahead towards the rear and right. Two pulls with Abbot and Old Speckled Hen plus a standard range of kegs, my fellow generally aged but friendly punters were on lager of course, the Abbot being distinctly average. Constant music, a machine, and there is a screen in each of the three rooms/ areas all on the racing either horses or cars, it’s has photos of old Leeds, old ads and the LUFC paraphernalia as decor. An odd sarcophagus like item graces the floor in front of the counter.

Will Larter left this review about The Station

A large pub with big bay windows, with pool and darts on the left on entering. The bar is central, and has two hand pumps, offering Greene King IPA and Old Speckled Hen at the time of my visit. If you didn't know you were in Leeds, the walls would tell you, with Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos celebrated hugely wherever you look.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Station

Refurbished, but still fairly basic, Greene King local located exactly where the name suggests in Cross Gates. The bar is opposite the entrance, with a lounge (featuring its own small counter) off to the right and a two-part area with the pool table and large sports TV screen on the other side. Just two handpumps, and the Old Peculier was off, so Abbot (£3.40) it was.

Now a Greene King pub but only two real ales on show - Ye Old Trip and a weak GK ale. Loads of TVs showing sport. The entrance to the lounge is on the right hand side with the door on the main road leading to the tap room. Nothing special about this place.
