Large open plan interior that feels quite industrial. 2 real ales and numerous keg served.

The Fountain and Ink is a large dimly lit open plan bar with exposed brickwork and ducting. The wide U shaped bar supports a premium draught range and pizza is the speciality of the open kitchen at the rear. A couple of days before Christmas it was busy with an animated twenty-something crowd whose chatting drowned out the low background music. I do not envisage a return visit.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Dr.inks

Modern rectangular bar / restaurant, mostly featuring high tables with a couple of small areas (including a side alcove) with more lounge-like furniture. Dark colour scheme enlivened by Christmas decorations when I visited. Also has several patio tables out front. On the wind-down to the holiday period, so just Southwark Bermondsey Best available from the three handpumps (£3.90, and thankfully in good form).

Not a bad place, I usually avoid these type of pubs, but it's ok. Sells real ale. Has food all day. Has disable access.
