Old Boots left this review about Stanleys Cask

Basic Alehouse style pub with exposed brick in places, the exterior is more interesting. Counter to rear back with four pulls, pretty mundane beers, Robinsons Unicorn, Ossett White Rat and Butterley Bitter, and “Courage” Directors.

Brainy Pool left this review about Stanleys Cask

A basic sort of locals ale house. A bit grungy and has live music, you can imagine it getting very lively in here on a weekend night. Five real ales and a really good pub as far as I could tell.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Stanleys Cask

A traditional two roomed pub with the front of the pub consisting of an open fire on the right of entrance and a TV area on the left hand side. The bar was situated in the back room along the right hand wall. There were five handpumps, consisting of Theakston Lightfoot, Rev James and three Christmas beers from Marstons.
