I love this pub every time I go I get made to feel really welcom, I moved to Stalybridge 3 years ago and knew nobody but everyone was really nice and helped me settle in. The bar staff are great and the beer is better it’s by fair my favourite pub in the the bridge .

A modernised locals local, but still a pretty basic pub with a clientele to match. Nothing of any note decoration wise. Several TVs plus a pool table and dartboard. Lots of sweary blokes in the bar, in fact the only woman in the place was the attractive barmaid. No real ale of course, so I had a half of Fosters. It was crap, how do you manage to cock up a lager. Clean the lines FFS, I couldn't drink it, so I left it. It's very poor.

A small local with friendly staff. Nothing to set it apart but decent enough to watch your horses let you down on the tv.

Called in for the first time 30th of Jan tried to get in a few weeks ago there was a football match on could not get through the smokers in the door hole and the pub was very busy. Was pleasantly surprised with it looks a bit rough from the outside but ok inside nice open fire and the few what was in were nice and friendly down side no hand pull but will call back
