Had a job finding this one as we were looking in the front of the station and it is by the car park at the rear. Looks a bit out of the way among modern office blocks. Extremely busy so the usual problem with service, although staff were trying to serve in some sort of order. Only 2 guests available so we had Newmans Red Castle Cream and Slaters Premium, noth in good condition. Lots of drawings and a community notice board which give a local feel to it despite its surroundings. Blackboard in entrance with a number of real ales coming soon like a mini fest.

Last pub on our Bristol Pub Crawl and both the newer and better of the two JDW's. Finished off with the 6% Cwmni Bragdy Bleddyn 1075, which presumably I ordered by pointing. Handy for the train station.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Knights Templar (JD Wetherspoon)

Handy for the station and a decent selection of cheap ale, so not too much to complain about. However, it is a fairly charmless modern building and the staff didn't seem very organised.

Blackthorn _ left this review about Knights Templar (JD Wetherspoon)

A fairly typical Wetherspoon's really, without the atmosphere that some of their more interesting conversions have. This is part of a modern office block and doesn't have much character.
That said, for somewhere that's so tucked out of the way (of an evening, once all the adjacent office workers have gone) it gets suprisingly busy.
They could do with a few more staff, it seems that I often to have to wait a while.
Ashton Press on tap now which is result, plus Blackthorn.

Wetherspoons house but actually not a bad one. I would never recommend a 'spoons' as I find them the McDonalds of the pub world!
