In the base of a modern building ,close to an entrance to Victoria station and running between Wilton Road and Vauxhall Bridge Road ,I feared for the worst in this 'spoons but was pleasantly surprised.
It's quite modest in size, the area nearest the Vauhall Bridge Road is the best bit,a large banquette and opposite a raised seating booth area. The small bar has two ranks of handpumps, one dedicated to the Trio of Doom, however the other sported 5 genuine guests of which my Cairngorm IPA was very good (NBSS 4).The staff seemed keen and the place was kept tidy, with regular glass and plate collections.
I may have been lucky visiting on a wet Tuesday lunchtime when it was not rammed but the ale options and conditioning may tempt me to another visit. The other pub options very close to Victoria station are abysmal, this pub by comparison was decent.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Willow Walk (JD Wetherspoon)

Dull modern 'spoons spanning the distance between Vauxhall Bridge and Wilton roads (with doors on each). Most of the bar is quite narrow, so when full getting close enough to the counter to get served can be quite a challenge. On the plus side, it usually has a reasonable selection from the two banks of six handpumps, with my attention being drawn on this visit to the Wimbledon Blonde from By The Horns (£3.55), with three festival ciders also noted. Close to Victoria station (a mixed blessing, depending on time of day).

Quite small nondescript Spoons with twelve pumps, one of which was reversed. Only Abbot worth drinking in this place.

Update
I've been in here a few times for coffees while waiting for an early train from Victoria. As far as I've seen it sells alcohol from opening time and is somewhat cheaper than the one on the concourse. It's also the only Spoons I've noticed that does scrambled eggs with Breakfasts and Grills rather than fried ones. I've also noticed that they occasionally do brewery themed festivals having seen Thornbridge feature twice. If you're getting a South East train from Victoria it's probably just as close as the expensive concourse outlet.

Visit 16th June 2013

As Malden Man says below, this is a pretty grim building, being the ground floor of an office block with entrances in Wilton Road and Vauxhall Bridge
Road. The result is a long narrow low ceilinged venue with little daylight.

Having said that, the two banks of hand pumps were all in action and included a couple of ciders plus local beers and the service was pretty good.

One alarming aspect of my brief visit was the sudden appearance of a bizarrely dressed and somewhat raucous group of youngsters. Given that they seemed to be familiar to the staff I can only assume they were part of the cast of Wicked at the theatre a few doors away. It could have been worse, they could have been football supporters!

As you might expect, it's Central London Spoons prices and my pint of Jenning's Snecklifter at £3.10 was in very good nick.

Long narrow open plan spoons handy for Victoria station. Not the most characterful interior but usual deals and selection. Advertising open from 7:00 mon-frid 8:00 sat-sun but don't know what time drink sales start.

Modern Spoons at the base of what looks like an office block. Two entrances either end and the interior is a long, fairly bland, narrowish room but at least it’s decorated in light colours and well-lit unlike others of a similar ilk in the JDW chain. Bursting with punters on my Saturday afternoon stop-off and highly unusually the TV screens were showing the football with the sound turned up. The friendly staff were a definite cut above the usual Wetherspoons standard, the table we bagged was just being vacated by some messy eaters but the female staff member was on it like a flash before we’d even sat down. Usual Spoons beer range with a fair amount of guest ales available and only one ‘coming soon’. I had a good couple of pints. We ordered food which came out pretty quickly (given the busyness of the place) and the friendly staff popped by our table a couple of times to ask if everything was OK with the grub (it was). Close to Victoria station and on the basis of this visit a good bet.

A pretty much uninspiring JDW situated to the left of Victoria station and in my opinion a lesser destination than the one on the concourse. Typical formula of a long dark and dismal room with the bar to one side and entrances each end. As usual with the brand a few bits of local interest stuff are on the walls, there is however a decent looking bit of wood panelling in the Wilton Rd end front corner which may belong to a previous incarnation, of which I know nothing. Refreshingly for a 'spoons the guest ales are listed on a chalkboard with ABV and prices, central London prices apply. My Burton Bridge Golden Delicious was at best passable.
It was very busy on Saturday afternoon, well populated by Wigan Athletic fans en-route to Wembley but a strange choice of route it must be said.

This pub is handily placed opposite the Wilton Rd entrance to Victoria Station, and for that reason it’s a good thing. But otherwise it’s a standard ‘spoons drinking barn – characterless and functional, doing what it’s supposed to in providing cheap nosh and drink (guest ales were £2.85 a pint) to travellers using Victoria Station, plus the odd office worker. But when I was in there was also a large hen party getting some carbs inside them in preparation for the rigours of the evening ahead. It’s certainly not a destination pub, but as agood as the average ‘spoons.

Average JDW in a fairly unflattering hall, very convenient to Victoria Station. The trade is a mixture of the rough and the after-office hours crowd, many of whom were fairly drunk which was, to be fair, quite entertaining. Some eye-candy, but beware the cougars who hunt in packs. It all made for a lively atmosphere, quite convivial and light-hearted. Staff were polite and helpful although a bit inexperienced. Of the 10 pumps nine had ales on. I had Nethergate Bitter which was, surprisingly, served at the right temperature and was a decent pint. Happy to drop in for a pint if in the area, but it's not a destination for its own sake, and as others have already said, probably not somewhere to spend the whole evening.
