A place mainly for diners apart from a few seats in front of the right hand side bar. Also outside seating. One reversed hand pump, the rest keg.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Rookery
Funny little place: the basic wooden tables on the front patio overlooking Clapham Common all say 'pub' but the interior with its modern furniture and sparse decor looks like a restaurant (although there are a couple of little metal tables near the front door for those just drinking). Appears to be more space upstairs, accessed by a narrow spiral staircase (not visited). Background music varying from French jazz to Creedence Clearwater Revival. The clip was reversed on the solitary handpump, so opted for one of the Meantime offerings (Pale, £4.40 and served in the right glass). Overall, quite a relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday lunchtime but not really my sort of place.

Not a bad place, has a lot of outside seating facing Clapham Common. No real ale. Has an upstairs seating area with a spiral staircase to reach it and another to reach the toilets downstairs. worth a visit.
