Peculiar looking place from the outside, being metal and glass work protruding from a railway arch, but well worth navigating your way across the road junction to get to. Excellent range of beers as described below, which usually draws me in when in the area. Very recommended.

Great place, with a smart bar feel but not poncey and great selection of real ale, always featuring a good number of the Marble Brewery ales and some interesting guests from other local micros.Having spent lunchtime quaffing in the Marble Arch ,we carried on here on the Ginger Marble and Coach and Horses from Millstone, which were top notch.Lively atmosphere, efficient young bar staff and a mixed age group clientele this is a great place to get boozing. Can get very busy if a concert finishes in the nearby arena.

I'm glad to report this place is still excellent. There was a beer festival on during our weekend visit, and it was drunk dry by thirsty rugby league fans. Excellent location right on Deansgate, I particularly enjoyed getting stuck into Veltins. Top drawer.

Great choice of real ales, continental beers on draught and bottled. Good quality food. Mixture of different tables, chairs, sofas etc under brick railway arches. Covered balcony for outside drinking. Good atmosphere and efficient, friendly staff.

Not much more to say about this pub which is built under the railway arches, only that it has a balcony which is heated. The menu is very good and is availiable until 8pm. The pub is also across the road from G-Mex Metrolink tram station. It is great pub to chat and with an excellent choice of real ale or try one or two of the bottle beers, while the trains rumble by overhead.

This place is a beer drinkers oasis in the city centre. With plenty of Belgian and German beers along with several guest ales, you're more likely to find a 30+ customer than a teenager in here. The food menu also looks impressive with an open kitchen and no-smoking area at the back. I spotted a CAMRA award on the wall too, so they obviously care about their beer here. I was very impressed. Handy location too - right near Deansgate station, opposite Atlas bar.
