Application for 6 flats reduced to 4 with a re-submission which was refused. Planning appeal now ongoing APP/F0114/A/13/2210636. Await outcome

2nd June 2013 Planning application just submitted to convert to 6 flats. Think this will be lost.

28th Feb 2013 Passed today and no longer boarded, was vans parked up and ongoing activity, maybe it will reopen...
