Steve C left this review about The Greyhound

The Greyhound is an L-shaped pub with seating along the front windows, a U-shaped bar counter on the right wall, and seating with a dartboard at the rear. Standard keg was available from the bar that also supports three hand pumps, two of which were in operation drawing Bank Top’s Port O’Call and Harlequin. The barmaid was polite, but I think she had to check with the landlady to see if it was OK to serve me. I thought this was a bit odd at 21:00 on a Tuesday, but there was a young chap in hi-vis wandering around so maybe there has been some trouble of late. There was some background music coming from the jukebox and I believe karaoke discos are hosted at the weekend. This is a very basic pub that had a strong smell of menthol fags. I think the pub may have improved a little over the last few years, but it’s still not somewhere I plan to revisit.

After revisiting this place I've, sadly come to the conclusion that its rubbish. The small L-shaped room has little character, little charm and little reason to revisit ever again. My only recommendation is that at least its open.

A small standard pub. No real ale. Not the best but not the worst either.

One, small, L shaped room with a dartboard and a jukebox. A large sign on the door says "The law says no children allowed in this pub". So I opened the door and almost fell over a feral brat running around. Lots of special offers on doubles of spirits and most of the punters were drinking them. No real ale of course and a half of fizz was £1.35. It's not the worst, but it is still a dump.
