Excellent busy pub, even in the depths of winter. Decorated in a modern but sympathetic way, on entry, there is a large dining room to the right and an L shaped bar to the left with lots of varied seating, set up primarily for diners, however, this is the only decent pub in Dornoch.
Only one hand pull on the bar, but serving a really good pint of Harviestoun Schiehallion. Loads of rare whisky choice too, if you like the stuff.
Ordered a pint along with a bacon cheese burger and fries that arrived promptly and was delicious. Settled in to watch the football on 3 large TV screens.
Well worth a visit, could do with a second pull for a bit of variety. The pub has rooms and would make a great stop off for a visit to the Highlands.
