The pub is a great traditional style pub. The floors are carpeted and the walls still show the sandstone construction and a large open fireplace (Although this was not on). There is Belhaven Best on tap. There is also food available which is available to the side away from the main bar. The village of Cambuskenneth is well of the main road but this pub is well worth a visit. The pub is open Mon to Thurs 7pm to 11pm, Fri 12pm to 1am, and Sat 11am to 1am and Sun 12pm to 11pm. Food is available Fri 5pm to 8:30pm, Sat 2:30pm to 8:30pm & Sun 2:30pm to 7pm: There is very limited street parking available. There is better parking on the opposite side of the river in Riverside Drive and then use the footbridge to access the village.

A very attractive looking pub in a very attractive conservation village, just across the river from Stirling. Unfortunately, I can only judge from the outside, as it was closed, although not closed down looking, when I passed by.
