The Crown Hotel is an eighteenth century building in a vernacular style with an attractive façade Vernacular architecture is a category of architecture based on local needs and construction materials, and reflecting local traditions. This is a small-roomed hotel with a very open plan traditional style bar. The main entrance leads straight into the bar with very little sign if any from the interior that the place is a hotel.
