The pub was shut for a few years and opened about 2 years and with a new paint job and the outside and a basic fix up of the interior. I had visited the pub about 18 months ago and it looked ok and was well packed with people. Unfortunately, a visit today the 15/04/2015 showed that like a lot of pubs that shut down it is now an Indian restaurant.
