David Ross left this review about Cruachan Hotel

A modern addition to the older main accommodation section, this is a typically bland and uninteresting hotel bar. It was mainly filled with residents eating on the Thursday night I visited. A pint of Fosters lager cost me £3.25 and Tennent's lager, Stella Artois, Guinness, John Smith's, Belhaven Best and Strongbow cider are also on draught. There is also one real ale tap serving Nessie's Monster Mash. There are excellent views over Loch Linnhe from the window seats, but there are several much better drinking options a stones-throw away along the High Street.
