This is an end terraced hotel (yes, it does accomodation) with patio area. The building is in a Georgian style, with pilasters, large sash windows and a rustic and porched lower frontage. The building is in a coffee colour, with some white paintwork. The interior has dining rooms either side of a corridor, before you get to the open bar area at the back. This area is L-shaped with the serving bar at the base of the 'L'. A side area has a pool table and dart board, with a large TV showing golf. The decor is white and green, with a large stone fireplace. There are a few mirror and pictures on the walls, with a few bits of ephemera dotted about. A tidy enough place. The do food, but i didn't eat. The service was fine, there was no music and there were a few maturer people in. Beer; usual tap stuff with an Ok enough Doombar on handpull. Nice enough place, just not really enough on the beer front for me to return to.

After a walk round Cape Cornwall, we came into St Just for refreshment, and this hotel was our first port of call. Settled down with St Austell Tribute and Sharps Doom Bar which were in good condition. We ordered food from their lunchtime menu and what terrific value. I had liver bacon and onions, loads of it in a very tasty gravy, served with mashed potato, cauliflower, carrots and brocolli. £5.00. What great value and a lovely meal. They also had a 5oz rump steak with chips and onion rings for £5.95. The bar area was at the back and we had to walk past a dining room on the right and there was a lounge area on the left. There was an area with a pool table in. Would call again if in St Just.
