Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Kings Arms

Old-fashioned inn with an impressive porticoed façade and a very traditional bar at the front. Side dining area in a similar style, and rather larger rear bar with two pool tables, table football and a stage (although the second counter was not open when I visited). Also still operates as a hotel too. Unfortunately, only one of the three handpumps was in use, and - disappointingly, given various bits of Skinners breweriana about the place (including two of the pump handles) - the only real ale on offer was Courage Directors (£1.70, half).

peter ashworth left this review about Kings Arms

This reputedly haunted pub has been a grade 11 listed building since 1971,and a pub for around 650 years, although on entry there is not much evidence to suggest this apart from the old stone fireplace. The pub is quite larger than first appears, with there being a stage and dance area down a few steps to the left of the bar.the usual suspects of the Cornish casks were on with the Dartmoor being the pick of the bunch.
