The right hand side of Bootleggers is for dining and this area was being closed off when I visited on a recent midweek evening. The left hand side is faced by a bar lined with bar stools and booths made from old German doors run up the left hand wall. A flight of stairs towards the rear lead up to a first floor seating area that I didn’t visit. Random background music was playing such as Kate Bush and some modern rock. The bar supports standard and premium keg and I found the service to be friendly. For a bar diner I thought this place was OK.

Called in during the day for a comfort break when walking around Belfast. Was quite empty although it had a locals feel to it. Plenty of staff, good value menu but nothing remarkable about the place.
