Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Sawyers Arms (JD Wetherspoon)

One of those 'bigger than it looks' Wetherspoons, with substantial (if plain) extensions to side and rear. Also has a large patio beer garden with its own outdoor bar in a converted shipping container. Two banks of six handpumps, and during the current cider festival there was an impressive choice of seven. This meant that the real ale selection was temporarily limited, but my pint of Brew One from Gower (£1.95) was a decent local(ish) option.

Aqualung . left this review about The Sawyers Arms (JD Wetherspoon)

The Sawyers Arms is a recent addition to the JDW empire having only opened in early 2015. Inside it consists of a roughly square room with the bar and wooden flooring on the left and carpeted on the right where there are also some alcoves and a welcoming looking fireplace with some comfy chairs. There is a patio at the rear.
Although the bar has two sets of six hand pumps the choice of beers was pathetic with three unused, Brain's SA and the JDW Trio Of Doom doubled up leaving just Brain's Bread of Heaven (£1.95) which was in good nick.
I thought this was quite a nice Spoons but it was let down by the rubbish beer choice.
