Blue Scrumpy left this review about Seaview Inn

Continuing uphill from the quayside in Falmouth and the Oddfellows Arms, you will come to a series of parallel streets. The Seaview Inn, similar to the Oddfellows can be found in the 2023 Good Beer Guide. As its name suggests, it has excellent views of the sea, the coastline and the various boats packed into the harbour, which on our visit included 2 cruise liners and a royal naval ship.

There is a long narrow room at the front, widening out either side of the bar, with a further room containing a pool table at the rear. Prime seats appear to be the ones in the bay windows, where views are the best. There was a good mix of drinkers and diners for our visit.

3 real ales are offered. These were Sharp's Atlantic, Dartmoor Jail Ale & Penzance Potion No. 9. Craft beers were Verdant People, Money, Space, Time & Light Bulb & Jubel Peach.

A pleasant medium-sized pub in a terrace up on the hill with views out over the river estuary. The main area has traditional furnishings and a long central bar, with a side area boasting a dart board, although hidden behind a table, and there is a further area holding a pool table behind. Food was not sampled but seemed to be good value. Draught ales were Doom Bar, Cornish Knocker and a guest from Ringwood. Two warnings: not usually open weekday lunchtimes and local parking can be tricky.

Alan Winfield left this review about Seaview Inn

We stayed in the Seaview Inn for a week,so we know the pub quite well.
There are great views from outside the pub over Falmouth Harbour and beyond and our bedroom and the dining room had even better views.
Once inside the bar faces in a single oblong shaped room which runs the width of the pub,it is carpeted throughout, there are comfy window seats and normal tables and chairs for seating, which is on three sides of the room, there is a pool table to the rear,it is possible to walk all the way round the bar,the room also has a low ceiling giving it a cosy feel.
There were three real ales on the bar,Doom Bar is on all the time, the other two real ales change when they run out,on our first Saturday dinner visit,we had Cotleigh 25,which was a decent drink, there was also Sharps Sea Fury on,throughout the week we had Butcombe Bitter and Skinners Lushingtons.
They hold a quiz every Wednesday and the pub was packed with locals who like doing the quiz.
The meals are very nice and cheap for Falmouth, slow cooked beef on the bone went down a treat.
The breakfasts are also very nice and filling.
A top notch pub that we both really enjoyed staying in.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Seaview Inn

Traditional side-street local that also offers bed-and-breakfast accommodation. Attractive 'L'-shaped bar with a pool table and another room beyond. Various food offers, but opening hours are restricted in the earlier half of the week. Four real ales on handpump: Sharp's Doom Bar and Atlantic, Woodfoorde's Wherry and the local Penryn Pale Ale.

I walked up the hill to this pub but found it was closed. No lunchtime opening Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, and opens 5pm on those days. Looking through the windows, it looked as though they had Doom Bar, an Adnams beer, and SA, probably Brains brewery.
