This is a small long room with darts on the immediate right followed by the bar counter and a quieter snug area at the rear. There are a few small alcoves opposite the bar. There was music playing that I suspect was from a jukebox. My overall impression was that this was a bit more plush and quieter than some Holyhead outlets.
Sadly there was no sign of real ale at all so I ended up with a pint of Worthington creamflow crap (£2.60) which was complete dross.
I can't see a return visit happening.

This is a terraced, Victorian at least, pub, now rendered in cream. It is a narrow room, with the bar half way up to the right. It is nicely decored in cream, white and wood and lots of old photos are on the walls. The bar section is at the front and has a dartboard and a TV which was sowing the footy - so the place was packed out. The back area seemed to be the quieter, loungey area. The service was fine and it was friendly, I was engaged in chat about the match within seconds! Beer, just a basic keg choice - I didn't even record what I had. Nothing for the real ale fan, but didn't resent a stop-off here.
