Again, my ancient N Wales beer guide reveals that this was a Burtonwood house. As noted below it's a long single room with a raised seating area by the window at the front and a pool table at the rear.
There's not a hand pump in sight on the bar and the Mansfield smooth crap had gone off. I ended up with Marston's smooth crap (£2.30) which was even more crap than the Mansfield. It's potentially a nice little local pub but with nothing worth drinking it gets a low score.

A narrow terraced pub, looking early Victorian - with a cream upper and lovely green glazed tiled lower frontage. The interior is one straight room, with a small raised area by the windows and a pool table at the far end. The décor is cream and wood, with a wood floor and there were several TVs showing the footy match. Old photos are on the walls and a few settles add something. The service was fine, the clientele were youngies. Beer; no real ale, had Marston's Smooth. A basic pub, one for the locals.
