Blue Scrumpy left this review about Kirkland Arms

Felinfoel pub on a corner of Narberth's one-way system in a quieter area of town. It is the most traditional of the 5 pubs we visited on Saturday evening.

A handful of locals were congregated around the bar chatting with the barmaid. Some kind of celebrity football match was being shown on the TV. A second room was empty, but had a pool table. A family were drinking outdoors on tables and chairs set up in the car park.

My Celtic Pride was enjoyable enough and if its historic interiors you're after, this should fit the bill. However, it was a bit too quiet for my liking and if any of the town's pubs are likely to close, I would gamble that it would be this one. Touch wood, it doesn't.

Steve C left this review about Kirkland Arms

The Felinfoel Brewery owned Kirkland, named after the 1905 Grand National winner, was empty apart from one other customer when I visited on a recent Thursday afternoon. The empty left hand bar houses a pool table, jukebox and two gaming machines that were switched off. A small plasma screen was also switched off and the pub dog, Rizla, was lounging on the banquette seating that surrounds the aforementioned pool table. The slightly smaller right-hand bar has a quiz machine and two plasma screens, the larger of which was airing European Championship athletics and diving. Sky and BT Sport were both advertised.
Available from the bar was a standard keg range and the two hand pumps were drawing Felinfoel’s Celtic Pride and Double Dragon. I didn’t see any food advertised in this local’s boozer.
