In the suburbs (read 5 minutes walk from town) this is a large building which gets most of its business from the B&B trade. The interior has two bars, a lounge that looks like it was decorated at great expense sometime in the late 70’s and a basic rear room. The lounge is where the food gets served-up and is closed early, with toping trade directed to the rear. This is where I had my pint of Guinness (the cask of Felinfoel was off), served-up by the world’s most bored and mute barmaid, with two local soaks for company. I suspect this one is better when you sit in the lounge. I stayed here for a couple of nights and to be fair for the price (very reasonable for St Davids!) I got a good room and decent breakfast. Whatpub notes that it was originally built as a railway station for a line which never materialised.

A locals pub with B&B on the edge of the city. Felinfoel Double Dragon was the only ale available and was in good form on my visit. All the normal keg stuff was also available. Is also the cheapest place in St David's for a drink

Situated on the one way system as you come into St Davids on the Fishguard road, although called an Inn , this is really an 11 bed B&B which does have public and Saloon bars open to the public.
Will not review as I didn't venture in as I had already lined up the proper pubs down by the Cross.
