The Locomotive is a town pub in the holgate area of York and it is just across the road from the Volunteer.
Inside the pub has a bar in the middle with drinking areas around it there was two real ales on the bar i had a drink of John Smiths cask there was also Hobgoblin on.
Not a bad pub to have a drink in.

myself and my husband have just returned from a 3 day stay in a bed and breakfast in york. we found this pub on the first night and found it to be very welcoming and entertainable, when we go back we will definatly be calling back in for another round from ronnie. great pub and great entertainment.
