If you're at all familiar with this chain, you'll know what to expect. Situated in the heart of Sheffield's city centre, it's a haunt of lunch time office workers and the sort of place you can expect to be taken on a team night out when people "go with the flow" rather than coming out and saying exactly where they would prefer to go in case no one else agrees with them. (Kelham Island Tavern, please.)
Having said that, if as a real ale drinker you find yourself dragged into this place, at least there is a choice of two real ales: the ubiquitous Sharps Doom Bar and the normally excellent Black Sheep Bitter. Actually, there was nothing wrong with my Black Sheep, the sour taste was caused entirely by being charged £3.60 a pint.
For those seeking tapas, wine and lager, this is the place.
