Alan Winfield left this review about The White Cross

The White Cross is a stone built pub that is on the northern edge of Guiseley.
Once inside there is a largish U shaped room with the bar on the left side, the room is carpeted and the seating normal tables and chairs and a few tall tables and chairs, background music was playing, the pub was very busy on my early evening visit with a good mix of drinkers.
There were four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Adnams Shingle Bells which was quite a nice drink, the other beers were Otter Bright,Hobgoblin and a beer from a brewery called Top of the Hops.
This is a smart and pleasant pub to have a drink in.

Meals are value for money although service was poor on my visit.Had to wait nearly ten minutes at bar to order and pay for meals after spending five minutes previously to order drinks. They do not cater for families with children having to be over 14.
