Ian Mapp left this review about The Lion Inn

Fine village pub in a pretty village overlooking the Teme Valley far below.

Well described below - with me having little to add expect they have a small patio area with a couple of tables out front.

HPA and Butty Bach was on hand pull. The Butty was very lively but coerced into a full pint measure and settling down to be as good as any that I have before.

Busy on a Sunday lunch with a mixture of diners and locals.

Pleasant experience.

Oggwyn Great left this review about The Lion Inn

Old food led pub on the back road between Worcester and Tenbury , there is lots of old wood and bare stonework , there is a small traditional bar area with a dart board , the main area of the pub is dominated by the remains of a huge old fireplace dividing the room into two , the bar counter is to the right along with some modern seating , the left seems to be the main dining area .
Usual taps and four handpulls , Otter Bitter and Amber and Wye Valley HPA and Bitter , the Otter beers were a bargain £2 a pint and were in good nick , service was friendly .
Worth a visit
