Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Barley Mow
Sizeable three-part pub, with the main bar and pool room along the front, and a separate lounge at the back, with the latter two parts also having counters from the central serving area. Given a basic refurbishment at some stage, and all looking well kept. Disappointingly, no real ale available from the pair of handpumps, so made do with a Worthington's (£4.00) before heading onwards.

Large locals pub which was very busy when we called. No ales on so a quick lager before moving on.

This is a large traditional pub with central bar serving front and back lounges. The music was a minimum level, playing ACDC Highway to Hell. The manageress was friendly enough, with one ale on, Wye Valley HPA. Brown leather settees and the place is spruced up, but it still retains a lot of its original features.
