A Bromsgrove pub is set to be bulldozed to make way for flats after plans were given the go ahead by the district council's planning committee last night
The proposal, surrounding the Ivy Cottage on Gibb Lane in Catshill, will see the pub flattened and replaced by the 14 one-bedroom apartments, which will each have one designated parking space.
