Pint Taken the Camra magazine for Worcestershire reports that the pub closed in 2022 but has now reopened "although at the moment only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As well as reopening as a bar and restaurant, The Dodford Inn is now also marketing itself as a Wedding Venue with further development planned."

Difficult to find pub up a series of narrow lanes off the Bromsgrove to Kidderminster road .
The single room is basically rectangular with the bar to the left of the entrance , there is a covered outside area and benchs on a large grassed area with views over Worcestershire .
An unusual selection of keg taps with Estrella and Blackhaven Stout alongside the usual Carling and Worthy , Thatchers Gold and Traditional for Cider lovers and four handpulls for the Ale , a good Holdens Golden Glow is the permanent ale with three changing guests mostly from localish brewers , Wood Shropshire Lad , Lass and one fron Saddlers on my visit .
The staff are young and friendly , the Landlord is only in his early 20s and the locals seem decent .
