Popped in briefly as it’s the nearest pub to the station. A basic box which smells of old fags with no cask and a very basic keg range. I had a Carlsberg. I presume it’s the rooms that keep this place viable.

Station pub. No ale here and on putting my head through the door, seeing what lay within, I wasn’t too disappointed by that and pressed on. Unrated.

The Victoria is a small Victorian pub near the station, quite smelly inside and rather unwelcoming. The three pumps on the bar all had their clips turned around and there was no bottled ale available. Two old men sat silent in the bar, the pool table sighed and wondered if anyone would ever play on it again, the carpeted floor just sat there decaying. A spider left as we entered, obviously looking for somewhere less crowded to spin its web. Why would anyone bother coming to a pub which doesn't want their custom?

Close to Salisbury train station and the bus pick up for Salisbury racecourse. Beers from courage, smith's and theakston. The pub has a dartboard and a pool table.
