Quinno _ left this review about Dog & Fox

CAMRA Inventory pub, just on the cusp of Bradford but would have stood well-alone until the encroachment of the modern estate a few decades ago. A fairly rustic two-roomer within. To the left is a small snug public bar with scruffy floorboards, chunky wood tables, roaring coal fire, bench seating, baker's oven and dart board. Unfortunately the wood and panelling has been painted gastro grey, which detracts from the heritage credentials. The right side is a much larger and less characterful dining room. Two cask, Timothy Taylor Landlord and a very good Butcombe (NBSS 4) served-up by an engaging blonde lady. Beware that prices in here are top-whack, it was by far the most expensive round of the day. I enjoyed my stop and it’s worth the yomp up the hill. GBG’23 listed. 7.5

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Dog & Fox

very nice old country inn, now just about on the expanding outskirts of Bradford. Retains its multi-room layout, with a narrow serving counter opposite the front door, the compact bar to the left (with another small room beyond) and the lounge area (together with a dining room in a newer extension) to the right; all very traditional and with a really good community feel. Attractive beer garden out the front and round to one side, with a children's play area at the back. Three real ales on handpump: Doom Bar, Courage Best and Bath Gem (£3.30). Well worth the walk.
