Old Boots left this review about White Horse Inn

An L shaped stone built pub clinging to the side of a ravine, it was noted as a filming location for the Last of the Summer Wine, although the exterior is unchanged the inside has had a makeover since its time in the spotlight. A pub of nooks and crannies with five distinct areas all in bland modern Ikea style, the main bar area with the counter and its four handpumps serving ales from Tetleys, Greene King and more excitingly local girls and boys Mallinsons and Nook, is entered by the main door. Through to the left are three more areas divided off by a fireplace and vestigial walls, at the end to the left is a dining room. Through the door at the end is a terraced beer garden clinging to the step sides of the ravine with the constant sound of the waterfall below. A real treat on a warm day and the beer is excellent any time.

Alfie Aleswigger left this review about White Horse Inn

This is the pub that was frequented by the Last of the Summer Wine trio. There's a selection of Summer Wine photos on the wall.
The pub is a clean, friendly, no frills local in a beautiful area of West Yorkshire, just up the road from Holmfirth. Serves a good pint of Tetley Dark Mild and Tetley Bitter plus one guest.
